New document digitisation service coming soon from Blue Dolphin IT

Blue Dolphin IT is pleased to announce a new service launching soon.

Our Document Digitisation service will allow us to take paperwork which is cluttering up your office, scan it and convert it to pdf format and the paperwork can then be returned to you for destruction along with a USB drive containing all of your data.

A non-disclosure agreement will be signed for each contract, ensuring that your information will be treated securely at every stage.

We’d love to hear some feedback from the local community for this. Would you be interested in this service? Whether it be scanning all of your company paperwork or digitising your grandmothers handwritten recipes to keep them safe for the future, we think this service could be of tremendous use to the local community.

As with all of our services, a 10% discount on rates (rates to be confirmed pending completion of equipment setup and testing) can be offered for charitable and third sector organisations.
